How to report a loss online and why:

Even though a loss is never something we like to anticipate, they do occur from time to time on about 5% of orders. Most of the time the loss is one or two birds, but in rare instances the loss may be the whole order or most of it. If the loss is ever more than a couple of birds, it is typically due to a delay in shipping or something going wrong in transit.

More times than not, customers immediately call us to report a loss. When calling you are typically asked to email us images and provide us with a live count of what you have. In that process of sending images to us sometimes order numbers, names, and email addresses get mixed up or they are not matching orders in our system.

We have now added the Report A Loss form submission page to our website. This submission will provide us with all of the information that we will need to get your order issue resolved faster than ever! Rather than having to call in and be asked multiple questions and still have to email us pictures, you can do it all at one time now, with our easy to use and straight forward Report A Loss page!

NOTE: We guarantee live delivery of all orders. Losses as a result of shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

To report your loss, simply follow the straightforward questionnaire boxes. When complete, submit your loss. We will be in touch with you soon, usually within a day or two. If the loss was suffered or reported to us after your 24-hour guarantee, you may be asked for more information before a refund, credit, or replacement is issued.

Again, we never anticipate a loss. However, they do happen from time to time. In the event one happens, we always do our best to make it right with our customers!

You are always welcome to call us or email us with any questions and/or concerns you may ever have!
